And people who are always untidy, taking poor hygiene into their lifestyles — messy hair and clothes, stinky body odor, bad breath, etc. are often facing detest and sometimes getting up to discrimination level. So, all these findings tell us that we should be serious about maintaining our hygiene because it’s not for others, but ourselves!

The Top Five Ways To Keep Your Hygiene Balanced

Here, I will share five ways to follow if you don’t want to face discrimination anymore!

1. Kicking Germs Out of your Teeth

In our whole life, we are told either by Doctors or Mothers to Brush our Teeth at least before we hit the sack! It is usually advised that brushing your teeth after you rise and shine; apart from wiping just an act, there is scientific evidence as well: If you don’t brush your teeth twice a day, you’re bound to develop heart disease. Plus, the side effect is that poor oral hygiene causes you an increased heart disease rate, which gets worse over time!

2. Shaping your Nails

Our nails and fingers are friends with each other, and both take care of each other. When nails are well-trimmed, then it embellishes our whole personality. Seemingly, nails are just a tiny part of our body, but they fulfill humongous goals.

When your nails are well-trimmed, there is no place for germs to inhabit your fingers. This way, you are always safe from getting under the sickness attack. And when there is no chance of expanding out of the limits, these nails don’t get a round-up, giving you disgrace and embarrassment in front of your loved ones!

One more thing; if you are a creative person and especially a girl who likes Nail Art can have them on your nails, but when nails are well-shaped. Because no matter, either you die to have long nails or else it shouldn’t be out of shape. Besides, trimming nails from time to time is beneficial for nail hygiene as it allows them to grow back on time with good natural speed.

3. Having a Shower

Let’s envisage for a second the months of June and August, a period of scorching summer when your body is fragile to heatstroke due to intense humidity nowadays. And you are coming out of a Basketball Match with your friends at Venice Beach. Now, your body is Sweating like a Dog, your clothes are getting wet out of sweat, and you can even smell your body stink from a bay! So, how will it feel? Bad!

Nobody is saying that you must take a bath regularly, but often. For best, you should clean your body and shampoo your hair at regular intervals that work for you. If you dig deep into this, you will find that Your body is constantly shedding skin. That skin needs to come off. Otherwise, it will cake up and can cause illnesses.

4. Definite Hours of Sleep

What happens when you don’t take care of your sleep? You feel exhausted and grumpy. You are not in the mood to do anything else. You are faced with chronic head pain that doesn’t dissolve until you treat it with painkillers. But painkillers are a short-term remedy. Eventually, you have to take your entire sleep.

That’s why, as a friend, I am sharing this advice: Get ample amount of sleep, around 8 to 10 hours a night. So you can feel refreshed and are 100% ready to take on everyday challenges. Otherwise, as I told you; Lack of sleep can leave you feeling run down. And in turn, you will compromise your body’s natural defenses, your immune system.

5. Appropriate Amount of Taking Water

What do we require most to survive? Just survive. Facebook? Food? Air? Water? Naturally, I will opt for the recent option, water in this case. Water is of significant importance to all living things. Let me share an interesting fact that wonders what water performs for us. It is said that 60% of the human adult body is water, the brain, and heart 73% water, and the lungs are approx 83% water.
